New World Rhones

On March 21st, Pam Boring of the Permian Basin Chapter spoke about some of the Rhone wines coming out of California.  All the wines were paired with French theme foods.  We enjoyed the Andrew Murray Vineyards 2021 Enchante’ (White Rhone Blend) with Salmon Rollups, 2022 Rose’ Esperance with Quiche Lorraine and 2020 Grenache Estate with a Venison and Beef Sausage stuffed with Cherry Chipolte and French Roasted Potatoes.

Pam had also picked out the Frick Winery located in the Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma, California and highlighted their 2020 Carignane Estate and 2020 Mourvedre Estate which paired well with chocolate covered cream puffs.
