Come with us for a wine adventure to the Southwest as we travel to Las Cruces, New Mexico. Las Cruces is in the heart of the southwest and is the second largest city in New Mexico. Wine grapes have been grown in the area since 1629, when the Catholic monks planted grapes for sacramental wines. We will be staying at the Hotel Encanto, which is done in the adobe style of the Southwest Desert.
Some of our chapter members will be coming in early to tour El Paso on April 30, 2026 and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn University. You may also stay Sunday night at Hotel Encanto on May 3, 2026. You may join us for either of these extended stays. Transportation from the airport to Hotel Encanto will be arranged if you let me know you are coming and share your flight times.

Wine tour by bus to 3 different New Mexico wineries – La Vina, Zin Valle and Sombra Antiqua with tastings at each winery and a light lunch.
Wine and food pairing banquet at the Hotel Encanto resort.
